It comes equipped with a generous 50cm (20”) wide steel drum which can be filled with either sand or water, allowing you to decide how heavy you want the roller to be (up to a maximum of 120kg’s). Other features of the Handy Garden Roller are its unique Soft Handle, which makes pushing easier and more comfortable, and the built-in scraper bar that has been designed to remove debris that sticks to the steel drum. The Handy Garden Roller can also be used to promote the growth of newly sown grass by increasing germination. This is achieved by pressing the grass seed into the soil to prevent it from being blown away in the wind or eaten by birds.
