We regret we are unable to supply customers outside the UK mainland.
Taking Delivery:
If you anticipate being out on the day of delivery: please provide delivery instructions (for example: 'if out: leave in back garden or with neighbour at no 24') as couriers cannot leave goods without a signature unless told to do so.
If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection.
Couriers deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday and our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to the nature of our couriers' complex delivery schedules.
Despatch Day:
Provided the item/s are in stock and the order is placed before 3:00 PM; goods will be despatched on the day of your order. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.
If your order is placed after 3:00 PM, we will do our best to despatch that day, but will more likely be the next day.
Delivery Services:
All goods are despatched on a 1 or 2 working day carrier service. Information on the product page will indicate which delivery service is provided.
Next Day Delivery:
Provided the item/s are in stock: goods will arrive the day after the despatch day (see above).
2 Day Delivery:
Provided the item/s are in stock: goods will arrive two days after the despatch day (see above).
Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, there are occasions when we are not able to do so. Manual Mowers cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late (or early).
Reporting Undelivered Orders:
If in the unlikely event, you have not received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 30 days of the despatch date. We cannot accept liability for goods not delivered within 30 days of despatch, as the couriers do not allow us to claim for lost items after this period.
Damaged or faulty goods:
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
Incomplete orders or parts missing:
In the unlikely event that manufactures accidentally omit parts or items from the product box or packaging, we reserve the right to supply replacements of those parts or items.
Missing parts or items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
